Without meaning to be rude though, who are you? Are you a developer? If not how could someone have known that what you said should be taken as a warning from the developers (assuming they saw your post which would be a bloody miracle for me these forums are massive)?

It's just bloody annoying. I've only had the game around two months, and i was seriously struggling and about to give it away and give BF2 a go when i saw a post about how to make this monk thingy. So i gave it a go and it really brought back the fun. Can you understand why it feels like a kick in the teeth to have this happen now for someone like me who just wants to play the game (not bot or farm stuff to death just explore and whatnot without dying as often)?

There is a good reason to complain this time. There's always been stated that this game is about SKILLS! Than players do their best to find ways to combine skills and the reward is... A nerf! But the worst thing of all is this statement from Anet:

Quote:
Guild Wars have been updated with a multitude of skill balances in preparation for the PvP Extreme Weekend
For Protective Bond this is a plain and clear LIE! Protective Bond was, is and will always be completely useless for PvP games...

Lay off Anet?
I don't think so. For the record, I am not a PvPer. I do not enjoy the childish attitudes found in those areas. I did love the PvE game which I try to help noobs as much as I can now after finishing the game 3 times. I WAS looking forward to getting fissure armor with my monk but only acquired 4 ectos before it got nerfed.
Thanks Anet for ruining the game for ME. You will notice that I used the word "me" which means I could care less about YOU.
Since I am a paying customer of Anet, it gives me the right to voice my opinion of their recent "skill balances". Someone explain to me how changing pro bond balanced PvP. Since I dont play PvP I don't understand how this was overpowering in PvP and needed to be changed?
